Yesterday, my husband and I took a lovely hike up the Notch Road to Smuggler's Notch. The crisp air and mountain vistas did much to clear my head of the fog and smog that had been collecting there. The ice formations coming off the mountain were beautiful and sometimes quite impressive, and my resulting photographs made some pretty fine kaleidoscopes. I couldn't pare down the images to just 3 or 4 to share, so instead, you'll see the whole lot, spread over three posts. So, here we go: Ice Kaleidsocopes #3. (This time, I made the images into a little video, because what else would one do on a Monday morning with far more pressing tasks at hand?)
