Daily Color: “June suns, you cannot store them

For the solstice, I went heavy on the sparkle and shine.
Metallic threads and beads on cotton. The design is modified from a photo I took, then kaleidoscoped, altered, and printed on the fabric.

I altered the colors slightly to increase the contrast for printing purposes. Even so, the image printed much more subtly on the fabric than it looks here.
