My first piece (and first work for 2016) for Kate Bridger's Made on Monday challenge, a little handstitched sketch with gold foil, knitting, and embroidery.

Looking forward to spending Mondays setting all other things aside and concentrating on these small works. It's not a New Year's resolution so much as permission to dedicate one day a week to embroidery and stitching of the two-dimensional sort.
